There is a total fire ban in effect for our region. Propane firepits are allowed as long as they have a heat-resistant mat underneath them!

Our Campgrounds

 The Qualicum First Nation Waterfront Campground, Cabins and RV Park is a very popular vacation getaway, centrally located a short 14 minute drive from Qualicum Beach on beautiful Vancouver Island, offering a great camping experience with beach access for all our campers.

Centrally located on the eastern side of Vancouver Island, bordered by the temperate waters of the Strait of Georgia, thhe campground is divided by the Big Qualicum River providing two distinct camping areas: North Campground and South Campground.

North Campground: Located on the north side of the Big Qualicum River, and backing on to the Strait of Georgia. Providing basic camping, and both, serviced and non-serviced waterfront and off water recreational vehicle sites.

South Campground: Located on the south side of the Big Qualicum River and backing on to the Strait of Georgia. Complimenting the North Campground, providing recreational sites for “Seasonal Guests Only” and ‘sorry’ is not open to weekenders.

Seasonal operations; open every summer and closing every fall. A very popular campground that is open to all, providing basic camping, serviced and non-serviced waterfront and off water recreational vehicle sites, and one of few with waterfront sites and full R.V hook-ups as well. Seasonal campsites are also available.

North Campground

Located on the north side of the Big Qualicum River, and backing on to the Strait of Georgia. Providing basic camping, and both, serviced and non-serviced waterfront and off water RV recreational vehicle sites.

Located on the south side of the Big Qualicum River and backing on to the Strait of Georgia. Complimenting the North Campground, providing great recreational sites for “Seasonal Quests Only”. This campground is not available to ‘weekend campers’ – other than seasonal guests.
